Emergency Services Representative (m,f) German

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver the utmost level of service to people who find themselves in an state of critical emergency or distress.

• Native/Fluent in German and English (B2), both orally and written
• Proven experience in emergency response and/or working in a high-pressure emergency communication center environments would be preferred
• Emergency Services/Dispatcher qualification/experience from 6 months onwards.
• Demonstrated capacity to liaise with customers punctually is essential
• Strong assessing skills with the ability share information with precision as well as to display great attention to detail while handling several communication tools simultaneously is essential for this role
• Prior experience working with a CAD (computer assisted dispatch) application would be considered as a strong advantage
• Full working proficiency with MS Office is necessary
• Sound knowledge of laws, protocols and compliance within an emergency services environment is preferable
• Agility with rotating scheduling which can include days, nights, and weekends as this will be a 24/7 operation with 5 days on and 2 days off per week
• Holder of a recent in a CPR certification can be an advantage
• Any prior experience in emergency, fire or police dispatch will be considered as beneficial for this role.
