REQUIREMENTS

Working as a Luxury Product Customer Service Representative (German Speaking), You Have:

  • German/English Bilingual is a must
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 6 months – 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment
  • Call center experience (strong asset)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for luxury products and a commitment to delivering white glove service
