- Being part of a healthcare team specialized in offering support through written and phone communication
- Provide information regarding software installation/ usage, new features, integration, and troubleshooting

- Native/ proficient level of Italian (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (B2)
- B2B support experience
- Knowledge in web software tools - installation and troubleshooting
- Diabetes care knowledge or medical background will be a plus
- Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service
- Operating System - Windows 10
