<p>DKR are delighted to be working with a leading BPO group for their Poznan site in Poland. My client provide expert Customer and IT Support solutions on behalf of major household brands within industries such as Automotive, Software, Video Gaming & Entertainment.</p>

<p>Summary of Role: To provide first line Brand Ambassador/Customer Support to a B2C market dealing with Technical, Sales and general customer support queries by Chat, E-mail, Social Media and Phone.</p>

<p><strong>Summary of responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul><li>To provide first line technical customer support via Instant Messenger Chat, E-mail and Phone</li><li>Maintain a quality business relationship with all customers</li></ul>

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p>

<ul><li>Provide a premium brand experience and service to all customers</li><li>Assist customers with purchasing products, order enquiries & after sales enquiries via phone, chat & email</li><li>To log all Chats, E-mails and Phone calls into the ticket logging system</li><li>Participate in product promotion campaigns</li></ul>


<p><strong>Criteria:  </strong></p>

<ul><li>Experience in a Customer Service related role (Retail or/and Shared Services background preferred)</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft and Mac OS based operating systems</li><li>Competent with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and German (both written and oral)</li><li>SAP/ERP knowledge would be an advantage but not essential</li></ul>
