As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking passionate individuals to join them as a Customer Service Representative. Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Algarve - onsite with some flexibility to work from homeEmployment type: Full-time – perm contract. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiencyManage reservations, inquiries, and updates to existing bookingsProvide clear and timely updates regarding customer orders or servicesSupport daily operational tasks in coordination with internal teamsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsRepresent the company with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. 

Requirements

Fluent/Native in English both written and oral.Excellent communication skills via phone and emailStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with computers, booking systems, and digital toolsFlexibility to work from both office and home as neededPrior experience in customer service or reservations is an advantageKnowledge of golf or digital media is a plus, but not requiredAbility to commute reliably (driving license/car preferred)No VISA sponsorship provided Must be based in Almancil (Algarve region).
