Role Overview As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via inbound channels (voice and email). The role focuses on handling billing, account-related inquiries, and other customer service topics, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements
Requirements Language skills: C1 in the primary language + B2 EnglishStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Good PC skills, including MS Office packagePrevious experience in customer service is preferredExperience in contract/account management is a plusExperience with billing, invoicing, or payment processes is an advantageProactive mindset and customer-oriented approachStrong organizational skills and ability to work independentlyAvailability for shift work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.Ability to work from the office in GdańskAbility to work full-time Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and email in a professional and timely mannerProvide support on billing, invoices, and payment-related inquiriesAssist customers with account-related topics and general service requestsInvestigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams when neededEnsure accurate documentation of all interactions in internal systemsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solvingFollow internal processes and client guidelines to ensure service quality and complianceIdentify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
