As a Czech/Slovak Speaking Sales Agent you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist players using the site for activity increase, retention and reactivation.  Requirements:An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers.A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.Native Czech/Slovak and Fluent English.An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.‍

Requirements
