Requirements

You’re a great fit if you bring:Fluency in Czech (C1/C2) and solid English skills (B2)A completed Bachelor’s degree1–2 years of experience in a similar leadership roleA sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and smart decisionsConfident leadership skills and a hands-on approach to solving challenges and boosting team performanceStrong organizational abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothlyClear, professional communication skills, both written and spokenA reliable working knowledge of MS Office tools
