We are recruiting for fluent DUTCH speaking candidates who want to join an international Client Admin Support team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role you will be helping existing as well as new consumers of a large car manufacturer via phone and email.

This is a very varied role which involves both calls, emails and administration tasks. Answering customer qeries, analysing warranty files and updating records are all part of your daily tasks. Taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be important in this role.


 

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DUTCH
- Good command of English
- Excellent listening and customer service
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and develop

 

Offer

Full paid training will be provided. Extremely competitive salary of around 1200 euro net p/m. A relocation bonus of 1000 euro net will be offered together with a 2000 euro net signing on bonus. Selection process is done via phone and skype and a relocation package will be available if successful, which includes flight to Bucharest, 2 weeks accommodation on arrival, relocation bonus, lunch vouchers, employee discount schemes, career progression opportunities, private medical insurance etc.

***relo and signing on bonus is paid in 2 parts.
