As a Customer Advisor you will receive incoming calls, email as well as live chats from your clients in German as well as in English. Answering queries regarding products, stock levels, prices, processing orders and refunds and solving any issues will be part of your daily tasks and responsibilities. This is a varied role with lots of different administrative tasks and where you will need to take ownership over the issues that arise.
