Our leading IT provider partner company is building a new team for their project and they are looking for a German speaking Service Desk Agent  in Budapest.Support the customers using your outstanding language skills Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements

High school diploma Fluency in German and English You can be a fresh graduate, experience in customer service or IT support is an advantage Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
