As part of German Week, we’re hiring talented, German‑speaking professionals for two entry-to-intermediate tracks. Apply once and choose your track: Customer Service or Claims. How to apply: Submit your CV (German or English) and tell us your preferred track in the subject line or application form: “Customer Service” or “Claims.” About the Roles (choose one track)Track A — Customer Service RepresentativeYou’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering clear answers and a great experience.What you’ll doHandle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German (and English as needed)Provide accurate information on products, services, and policiesTroubleshoot issues and follow through to resolutionCapture notes and update customer records in our systemsPartner with internal teams to resolve complex questions What you bringExperience in a customer-facing role (contact center or service desk a plus)Excellent listening, communication, and problem‑solving skillsComfort navigating multiple systems and documenting accuratelyFluency in German (C1+) and English Track B — Claims RepresentativeYou’ll guide customers through the claims journey, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely outcomes.What you’ll doReceive, review, and document claim submissionsVerify policy/coverage details and explain next steps clearlyCoordinate with adjusters and internal specialists to resolve claimsMaintain precise records and uphold confidentiality/compliance standardsProvide proactive status updates to customers What you bringExperience in claims, insurance, or healthcare administration is a plus (training provided)Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizationClear, empathetic communication with a customer-first mindsetFluency in German (B2/C1+) and English
