Workster is partenring with a leading multinational technology business that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Agent for their office in Lisbon. The successful employee would support customers who own a premium membership of a streaming platform. Your RoleCommunicate with customers using various channels (telephone, email and chat)Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and followIdentify the issue the client is facing, troubleshoot and provide the solutionIdentify when the issue should be re-assigned to another department or more senior representativeCollaborate with other specialists to solve or properly close help ticketsDocument each action taken and categorize cases and possible bugs, so that our engineering team can address themMaintain and update all job-related administrative formsYour QualificationsNative/fluent in German, both oral and written.
