<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p>

<p>The HR Specialist will be responsible for the following processes: on boarding, staffing, transfers in/out, termination of contracts and other coordination with local population as needed.</p>

<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<p><br />1. <strong>Supporting the Paris team & organization</strong>:<br />a. Supports and challenges the leadership team and managers in their decisions regarding people<br />b. Animates the monthly HR steering committees<br />c. Listens and supports the team members, encourages them to take initiatives and feel owner of company’success<br />d. Makes sure the entity is involved in all the internal and external projects/events making sense for our employer brand and for our consultants’ well-being<br />e. Identifies the improvement areas (processes, ways of working,..) , shares them with the relevant people of the organization and works on solutions<br />f. Ensures the bonding team organizes team events regularly, within the budget and that these events are a success<br /><br /><strong>2. On-boarding:</strong><br />a. Works closely with the relevant Paris office departments to make sure logistics (seat, laptop, mobile phone, …) is in place<br />b. Creates the new joiners in the different systems<br />c. Works closely with local Paris HR team to make sure new joiners are invited to the local induction programs <br />d. Participates to the organization on boarding day and co-facilitate the HR session<br />e. Identifies any work permit issues and works with the relevant departments to solve them<br />f. Allocates to each Paris new joiner a buddy and makes sure the buddy knows and understands her/his role<br />g. Helps the Paris new joiners create their 1st level network<br /><br /><strong>3. Staffing: optimizes deployment of Paris resources to clients, while ensuring development opportunities for staff and coordinate with the other staffers to ensure a balanced share of workload across offices</strong><br />a. Manages deployment of employees across the allocated geographies and coordinates with other staffers<br />b. Produces an accurate view of the Paris staffing status<br />c. Balances need of business to deploy staff across the geography with any individual constraints whilst also supporting development<br />d. Makes sure clients CVs are uptodate and available<br />e. Makes sure individual skills matrix are uptodate and available<br />f. Develops strong relationships with the consulting team and alert the HR Manager when issues arise<br /><br /><strong>4. Career management and performance review</strong><br />a. Creates the case reviews when a case is finished/someone is rolled off a case<br />b. Makes sure the reviews are written and delivered on time<br />c. Organizes the CD committees twice a year (In June and October) : prepares the CD Dossiers, schedules the preparation meetings and the debriefing meetings between the CDA and their advisees, schedules the input calls between the reviewers and the CDAs, write out the CD notes,…<br />d. Supports the leadership and the consultants for any question regarding the CD process and the CD tool <br /><br /><strong>5. Training</strong><br />a. Ensures consultants are registered to relevant training programs<br /><br /><strong>6. Transfer</strong><br />a. Working closely with the HR Manager, local offices and other regions, facilitates the transfer of consultants when needed<br /><br /><strong>7. Exit process</strong><br />a. Runs the exit process when someone is resigning in collaboration with the local office</p>

Requirements


<p><strong>BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<p><br />• At least 4 years of successful experience in an HR business partner role in the professional services space, ideally at the crossing of professional services and technology <br />• Experience in working in an international environment and remotely<br />• Entrepreneurial thinking, understand business priorities<br />• Autonomous, takes initiative, motivated by solving problems and ability to think out of the box<br />• Able to interact with senior management and enforce processes in an smart way<br />• Good negotiator<br />• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment with excellent project management skills<br />• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills<br />• Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality<br />• Strong academic credentials. Bachelors’ degree required<br />• Fluent in French and English</p>
