We are looking for an Italian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value. Your Shift Working Hours: between 8am and 2am - 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per monthWork setup: this role is Warsaw-based, relocation support provided after remote start Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issuesAble to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needsMonitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus creditingEnsure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulationsPrevious experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
Requirements
Proficiency in English and Italian both written and spokeniGaming experience is a mustProactive person with good support / sales skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detailsPrevious experience will be considered as an advantage
