<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>

<p>We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic newly graduate and/or apprentice from business school to join, on a full time basis, our friendly and international Leasing team at Xerox Switzerland (Glattbrugg) as soon as possible. As a Junior Country Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for optimizing sales productivity and Leasing revenues through accurate and timely administration of Leasing business and process management.<br />The role would suit an open-minded, proactive but accurately work focused candidate with quick comprehension and willingness to learn and develop.</p>

<p><br /><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul><li>To act as the “centre of competence” for end to end leasing workflow and processing requirements, ensuring accurate and timely administration of lease contracts from initial registration through to activation, funding approval and initial invoice.</li><li>Support the full implementation of common and consistent business practices and platforms within the leasing organisation.</li><li>Provide efficient customer service operational support to partners and country organizations.</li><li>Resolve customer and country queries within the defined timeframes and ensure that appropriate escalation/communications are in place at all times.</li><li>Support the country teams with administration queries to enable the completion of order paperwork and to ensure contracts are complete and accurate.</li><li>Regularly review and adjust workload priorities to ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required turnaround timeframes.</li><li>Comply with all relevant business rules and internal process controls to ensure that leasing contracts are 100% compliant.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring and assessing internal control procedures to ensure any issues are recognised and remedied.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Education & Background:</strong></p>

<ul><li><p>Excellent analytical and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Able to work in a pressurized environment and to manage and prioritise a busy workload.</p></li><li><p>Able to articulate a good understanding of customer expectations and requirements from a customer service team.</p></li><li><p>Able to communicate effectively and share knowledge with others.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in German is mandatory, good level of English and French would be desirable.</p></li><li><p>Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills.</p></li></ul>
