We are currently looking for a Recruiter with BPO experience to be part of our Recruitment Team in Portugal (Oeiras)Role & Responsibilities: •Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.•Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates. Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently.•Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.•Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment.•Maintain and update the social media channels & local market , such as Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn & University connects.•Planning and execution of recruitment events, e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, etc.•Coordination & communication with stakeholders and external partners,•Maintaining reporting/tracker.

Requirements

Requirements:•Min. 1 year of relevant experience in the local market / BPO / Agency companies•Go creative ways and have innovative ideas to inspire new employees for the company•Ability to overcome objections and be persistent.•Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency.•Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.•Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
