Support Engineer for O365 and Exchange

<p>Would you like to gain an international experience in telecommunication support? We are estabilishing a new team for our client in Romania, Bucharest. Do you speak German and English and are you familiar with O365? Let us know!</p>

<ul><li>Be responsible for supporting technical Support of Exchange on-prem and Exchange Online (Office 365)</li><li>Data preparation for individual migrations</li><li>Conduct mailbox migration (planning, tracking and execution, including liaison with customer)</li><li>Conduct post migration troubleshooting and client remediation (Outlook 2010 & 2016)</li><li>Provide point for client support desk call escalation as required</li></ul>


<ul><li>Experience of supporting users in a Microsoft environment, ie configuring profiles in Outlook</li><li>Knowledge of email routing and managing users in a domain</li><li>Office 365 migration skills – specifically the design, plan and execution of large scale mailbox migrations to Exchange Online.</li><li>Exchange / Outlook 2010 – 2016 troubleshooting</li><li>Microsoft Excel skills for analysis / tracking</li><li>Attention to detail / comprehensive documentation and ownership of execution within defined timeline</li><li>PowerShell scripting knowledge for Exchange</li><li>Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync) skills on premise/cloud and voice (desirable)</li><li>Management of Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Azure AD</li><li>Knowledge and experience with Networking and Firewall</li><li>Ability to prioritise work under pressure, work without supervision and use initiative to ensure that deadlines are met</li><li>English and German written and verbal communication skills on B2 level.</li></ul>

<p>Technologies such as; Kemp, Citrix Netscaler and Juniper would be desirable.</p>
