Join a leading international BPO and help customers navigate mobile networks, devices, and services.As a Swedish Customer Support Consultant, you will handle customer inquiries related to mobile networks, services, and devices via phone and chat, troubleshoot technical issues with clear step-by-step guidance, and assist with billing, plan upgrades, and account management. Additionally, you will support the business by performing light upselling and cross-selling of relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive value.

Native-level Swedish Advanced English Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy and adaptable EU passport holder Willingness to relocate to Greece (remote work after initial setup)
