You'll be an essential member of the Customer Experience Team, providing an unbeatable experience for our clients. You will provide a service that exceeds our customer expectations, taking ownership and ensuring queries and issues are resolved on the first contact. The business is expanding rapidly, so you'll be used to working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and innovating, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

 

Your daily tasks will be

  • Answering customer queries via chat and email in high-level Japanese
  • Investigating, escalating, and resolving customer cases
  • Collaborating with other teams and external partners
  • Being an active voice for the best customer experience in the company

 

Additional information

This role involves working every two weekends or more. The working pattern is based on a monthly schedule and the working times are 00:00-09:30 and 05:00-14:30.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be great for this role if you are

  • Fluent in written and verbal Japanese and good (or very good) in English
  • Excellent communicator and a team player
  • Able to multitask and adapt quickly while remaining detailed-oriented
  • Tech savvy – highly skilled with computers and new technologies

 

And some beneficial skills

  • Previous experience managing demanding customers
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, sports betting, and/or casino games
  • Knowledge of the Japanese market and customer behavior
