DESCRIPTION
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard German speaking Customer Support Representative for their Barcelona office.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solve complex technical enquiries for all products within the Client's range
- Provide support, assistance, and guidance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Process all Client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges
- Provide superior levels of quality in all transactions with strict adherence to governing laws
- Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell without compromising the values of the company
- Support new sales opportunities and provide insight and feedback to improve the customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (C2 level). Fluent in English
- Previous experience in Customer service roles, ideally from BPO/call centre environment - an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasize and drive the problem to solution
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
