Customer Service Agent (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard German speaking Customer Support Representative for their Barcelona office. 

 

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Solve complex technical enquiries for all products within the Client's range
  • Provide support, assistance, and guidance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Process all Client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges
  • Provide superior levels of quality in all transactions with strict adherence to governing laws
  • Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell without compromising the values of the company
  • Support new sales opportunities and provide insight and feedback to improve the customer experience.

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (C2 level). Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in Customer service roles, ideally from BPO/call centre environment - an advantage
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasize and drive the problem to solution 
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
