DESCRIPTION
Location: Greece
Role: Czech Customer Support Advisor
Salary: 1300€ gross per month + up to 250€ monthly performance bonus
Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00
The Role
We are recruiting for fluent Czech speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in Athens, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this seaside town has a lot to offer!
As a Customer Support Advisor you will represent a very well known IT brand, and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat in regards to the technical issues with their mobile devices, computers or their customer accounts. Recommending products, talking the customer through technical troubleshooting steps and assisting with other queries will be part of your daily tasks.
