Our client it’s a financial and technological start-up that is fastly growing in Europe. They are setting new standards for business banking, demostrating how easily the finances can be managed. They are now hiring people for 2 different positions:

 

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE & CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

 

  • CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

 

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Support existing customers and increase sales via the web by providing useful guidance via e-mail/ calls
  • Thanks to the interaction with the sales office, the agent will support customers in solving their problems and educate them on application features and good practices
  • Interact and cooperate with other departments of the company to improve the product and to identify bugs and customers’ needs

 

  • CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

 

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relations and deliver our products to a portfolio of Customers of
  • the company
  • Providing smooth communication between the company and Customers and Partners
  • Cooperating with our Customer Care and Team to ensure customer’s satisfaction
  • Helping existing customers in their subscription renewal cycles and activation of new products to
  • maximize experience of the company
  • Increasing customer retention, satisfaction and usage of solutions of the company.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS
  •  CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

 

  • Excellent knowledge of French or German at C1/native level and English B2/communicative
  • Excellent ability to organize the work and excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong customer relationship building
  • Previous experience in the Customer Service or Sales field or similar

 

 

  • CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success or similar sales positions
  • German/ French and English both at C1-C2 level
  • Sales experience with SME segment would be an advantage
  • Relationship building – able to build long term relationships
  • Persistency

  • Start-up oriented, proactive, result-driven, self-motivated
