We are launching our activity in the French market and we are looking for our first Customer Service Representative to join our sales/operations department.


At Creditiz, our mission is to improve the personal finances of our clients by offering them an online platform to contract and manage loans. Through our solution, customers can choose the best loan on the market through a single application and 100% online.

We are a FinTech in the start-up phase in the French market, so can have rapid prospects for future evolution. Our office is located in Barcelona and is shared with the Spanish market team (Prestalo), and we are currently 30 people.

 

Required profile:


We are looking for an autonomous and versatile person, with the desire to grow in a start-up based in Barcelona and in the launch phase in the French market. You will be the 1st person to join our sales/operations department. You are a customer-oriented person and you are committed to giving them the best service.


 

Responsibilities:


  • Customer service (via calls, SMS, Whatsapp, email and chats).
  • Manage tools such as the backoffice to help the client and Front to communicate with the client
  • Outgoing and incoming calls to advise and give personalized responses to customers
  • Support the client in their search/decision process
  • Manage basic customer objections
  • Follow-up and mastery of new computer/communication tools
  • Create customer service reports
  • Reporting to measure, analyze and improve customer satisfaction
  • Suggest and implement ideas for improvements and changes
  • Propose and implement innovative tools to improve processes


REQUIREMENTS

Required skills:


  • French  - L1
  • Professional Spanish/English
  • Educational level: 3 years (or more) of university level
  • Professional experience: >2 years
  • Excellent communication and empathy with the client
  • Great autonomy
  • Good knowledge of computer and communication programs
  • Ability to work in a team (team under construction)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiatives


Desired Competencies:

  • Experience with service tools eg: Zendesk, Intercom (or similar)
  • Professional experience in banking, FinTech or similar in a customer service position
  • Experience in a start-up, preferably international
  • An intermediate level of Spanish will be valued (to communicate with the Spanish team)
