The role:
- After training, you will be the main point of contact for advertisers and agencies, providing support for all inbound inquiries.
- Be able to deal with a range of user issues, while enhancing the overall customer experience and level of service.
- Manage all types of inbound query via chat, email and social media messenger.
REQUIREMENTS
What you’ll need to apply:
- Strong level of Spoken and written Dutch, for use of social media messenger and emails alongside inbound calls
- An EU Passport or valid work permit for Portugal
- Immediate availability or the option to reduce any notice period
