We are looking for a Dutch Speaker to work alongside an insurance provider in Lisbon (Portugal) to support their back office admin functions and their customer service support, in their new offices in Lisbon. The role involves only in provide information to Dutch Speaking Customers about their insurance policies.

Benefits:

• A Monthly Gross Salary of € 1.200,00
• An Extra €1.100,00 gross twice a year on top of your salary
• A Monthly Performance-Based Bonus of up to € 100,00
• A Monthly food allowance of up to € 160,00 - €7,23/Daily
• Monday/Friday - 8.30-17.30 – No Weekends or shifts

What will I be doing?

• Supporting the admin team in ensuring documents, profiles, and databases are properly filed and updated
• Ensuring customers have documents they need or require on a daily basis 
• Supporting the customer service team by providing information about policies and redirecting calls to the right internal staff

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• C2 level in Dutch
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
• Can multitask, as you will be speaking to partners via phone, email, and web chat
