As a member of our Digital Marketing & Technical Support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting of the advertising platform, while learning and understanding the business goals of the clients. If you are a creative with an analytic mindset to achieve strong customer satisfaction, focusing on quality and results, then you will succeed in this role.
What you'll do
- Resolving technical issues;
- Troubleshooting of the advertising platform in a B2B environment;
- Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
- Use basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
- Understand clients business goals and support them through a chat system, providing solutions in a timely fashion;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level of spoken and written Italian (mandatory):
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (C1);
- Experience in Digital Marketing (required);
- Technical background (education and/or work experience);
- Professional communication skills;
- Analytic mindset.
