German and English-Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid - Lisbon)

A fantastic opportunity for a German and English speaker, to join a market leading Business Outsourcing giant as a Customer Service Advisor! You will be working for the leading search engine provider, and they are looking for a passionate and proactive person to join their established team.

• A package worth up to €26,000 per year
• €1110 per month basic salary over 14 months
• up to €400 per month language bonus paid quarterly
• Signing In bonus Contract €3330 paid through the year
• €7,63 food allowance daily
• Free shuttle to the office 
• Healthcare including dental from day 1
• 1-year (minimum) contracts
• Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Hybrid model, 2 days in office and 3 at home

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting business users of a major search engines Ads platform
• Ensuring clients are happy and resolve any of their issues around their accounts
• No previous experience is needed as you will be receiving Award Winning Training! This will leave you with Global accreditation.
• There is a clear career path with the opportunity to rise to team leadership and also Global leadership roles. 

What you’ll need to apply:

• Fluency in both German (C1+) and English (C1)
