The role:
- As a German speaker, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and accommodation hosts resolving their queries and questions
- You will use state of the art systems to speak with Customers via phone, live chat and email.
- You'll work from the office and home, in the heart of Athens. The company itself really do look after their employees.
- Following on from your training and continuous support, you’ll be speedily troubleshooting these queries whilst providing a world class service.
