Legal Administrator
· As a legal administrator you will analyse and manage received privacy requests linked to GDPR legislation and online privacy using internet tools.
· The main objective is to determine the appropriateness of each request in accordance with our clients' policies
· This is a great opportunity to effectively collaborate with team members on a range of projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness
· You will gain knowledge and skills in several different areas including data, tools and quality assessment
Digital Marketing Sales Executive
· You will be responsible for optimising online advertising campaigns and business websites on a social media platform
· Managing a number of Digital Marketing agency accounts to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
· Monitor data and the partner’s business goals business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
· Working collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships,
· Communicate new features and enhancements to the Product team and track, analyse, and report key quantitative metrics and trends internally.
· Manage the quality of your work in line with the client’s policies and procedures
Financial Administration Coordinator
· Process claims/ document management and filing and adhering to all SOP’s and quality control agreements with clients/customers.
· Collections of monies owed, running direct debit reports and reconciliations of accounts
· Provide and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders throughout each process.
· Develop knowledge of products to ensure a seamless management of documents.

Customer Support Executive – German
· Providing excellent quality service, ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner in accordance to targets

· Ideal for candidates who are seeking a back of house environment acting as a point of contact for customers via phone email and chat mediums, have excellent administration and attention to detail, strong organisation skills and excellent at multitasking.
· Shift work: you must be flexible to your approach to working different rotations, including evenings and weekends
German Financial Compliance Administrator
· Responsible for maintenance of, and compliance with, all compliance related industry policies, guidelines, and procedures, including the development of training programmes
· Supporting the compliance team with administration across the business
· Assisting in the coordination of the company’s privacy, data protection, bribery and anti-corruption procedures and SOP’s.
· Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business both in Ireland and Germany.
REQUIREMENTS
