Job Title: German Sales Account Executive
Salary: Basic €31,600 with OTE of €37,600 + benefits
Job Location: Dublin City Centre
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office & 3 days from home) Training up to 4 weeks office based.
As a successful German Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will drive the roll out of a unique digital marketing advertising solution to EU markets. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally.
Our client is seeking to employ a German Speaking Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be working for one of the biggest company’s in the tech industry. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for new business, generating new leads and maximising existing accounts. You will be part of an exciting company who is rapidly expanding their headcount here in Dublin.
The Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of Microsoft office including Excel and prior experience of internal order management systems.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Must be eligible to work full time in Ireland

REQUIREMENTS
The Role:
- Establishing and identifying new business through lead generation and prospecting.
- Gaining a clear understanding of client’s businesses and requirements.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Preparing proposals, quotations and administering client accounts.
- Working on after sales support services and providing technical back-up as required.
- Preparing reports and managing customer records through Salesforce.
- Meeting regular sales targets and co-coordinating sales projects.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and engineering department.
- Feeding back customer information to engineering for future product development.
- Gathering marketing and customer information.
- Attending regular team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
