We are looking for content moderators to ensure community guidelines and rules are followed. This would suit anyone with an interest in social media and who enjoys watching content.

You will be working for one of the biggest BPO’s on the planet winning a multitude of awards and working on one of their key campaigns.

What you’ll need to apply:

• An EU Passport or valid work permit for Ireland
• Be able to move within a month (with support)

The role:

• Investigating and analysing social media content to ensure industry guidelines are met with particular focus on sensitive content Day to day managing of a team of 10-15 sales executives
• Reporting on trends across types of content, location, and user profiles
• Assisting with social media user inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Remaining up to date with evolving client and industry policies and guidelines
