German speaking Technical Support Specialist

The role

As a Technical Support Expert, you provide technical support for business clients as well as for digital marketing companies via email and chat. You will receive enquiries via a ticketing system and resolve them using your expert technical knowledge of the online marketing platform.  Asking the right questions to your clients, listening to their queries and solving their issues by navigating through a knowledge base system, will be part of your daily tasks.

Requirements

The successful Technical Support Expert has:

• Fluency in English and German
• Previous customer or technical support experience
• Interest in Digital Marketing
• Bachelor degree desired but not a must
• Basic coding and debugging skills is desired 
• Curious, eager to learn and find solutions
