HR Development, Well-Being & Training Support

Job descriptionThe HR Development, Well-Being & Training Support will be responsible for Majorels internal communication, employee satisfaction and motivation by supporting the Feel Good Program. You will be using your creativity, enthusiasm, and motivation to innovate.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the organization and preparation of employee motivation and involvement activities (Feel Good Program).
  • Prepare and update support documents (Induction, Employee Handbook, etc.) for the onboarding of new employees.
  • Prepare internal communication content for the different internal communication channels.
  • Prepare and organize new hire kits.
  • Request proposals to suppliers within the scope of initiatives, events and training projects aimed at employees and follow up.
  • Make purchase requests and follow up with the finance department and suppliers.
  • Prepare presentations of initiatives aimed at employees for internal approval.
  • Develop employee satisfaction surveys, analyze and process the data, per initiative.
  • Analyze employee exit data.
  • Register information on internal communications.
  • Track information of the training carried out by Staff/Management employees.
  • Analyze, track and control data within the scope of initiatives aimed to employees (shipments, reception, participation, deliveries, returns, etc.).
  • Actively search for benefits and partnerships for employees.
  • Support the annual performance management process, through the preparation of employee lists, support materials, identification of training needs, presentations and internal communications.
  • Support the Employee Assistance Program, through communication with the supplier, data analysis and clarification to employees.
  • Any other tasks considered relevant and necessary for the area.

Your experience & skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Social-Organizational Psychology or similar area.
  • 6 months in the area of People Development/Training/Well-Being/Employee Experience.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management, Training Management, Internal Communication and Well-Being procedures.
  • Creativity and critical thinking, with the ability to present solutions and activities within the scope of the employee's experience.
  • Capacity for innovation, through the presentation of new ideas for implementing new processes or improving the current ones.
  • Internal client focus-oriented, with the ability to present value-added solutions for the internal client.
  • Excellent time management and planning.
  • Proactivity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge and practical experience with applications/software related to graphic design (Photoshop or other).
  • Advanced computer skills - MS Office 365, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with corporate social media content.
  • Ability to structure and develop presentations.
  • Familiarity with employee databases and human resources systems.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in companies in the BPO industry is a plus.
