Polish speaking Digital Marketing Advisor

We are looking for fluent Polish speakers who would like to work in an international environment.  This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. The role itself will be for a leading global Social Media company, where you will be dealing with online marketing and advertising campaigns for SMBs. Providing pre- and post- sale advice and support via phone, email and live chat to help them grow their business will be part of your responsibility. You will improve their online advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features.

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Polish and English
• Previous customer service experience
