Recruitment and Selection Support - Majorel Lisbon

• Responsible for recruitment and selection processes of several roles;
• Manage job advertisements on job boards, professional social media;
• Searching and screening for potential candidates;
• Pre-calls;
• Send out assessments and validate;
• Schedule interviews;
• Organize the recruitment email inbox;
• Collect feedback with ex-employers about old employees in case of readmission;
• Follow-up with candidates;
• update employee's profile in the ATS system.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role will be a plus;
• At least 1 year of experience in similar tasks;
• Experience in the Contact Centre area;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office;
• A very good level of English - mandatory;
• Strong organization skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy;
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards a plus;
• Willingness to learn;
• Ensure quality is never compromised.
