As a specialist in providing customer service and sales talent to the contact and call centre market across Europe, UK and America we are now in a position to recruit a second European language trainee to join our already successful and highly motivated team. The role is based from your home, so you will need a dedicated space to work without interruptions, however there will be travel around the UK as well as International destinations to meet with clients, so full flexibility is essential. You will be responsible for managing live vacancies across Europe, where you will be responsible for the sourcing of candidates . This will be via traditional recruitment methods as well as social media , where you will be staring in your own videos. The ideal candidate will have previous sales or recruitment experience. There is an enormous amount of career progression to move into management or managing major accounts. We work with leading industry software, 1-2-1 in house training and a fantastic social working environment. Basic Salary, where on achievement of your targets promotions mean a salary increase, good commission, 23 days holiday, great company incentives. German, Dutch, French, Scandinavia
