Japanese-speaking Inbound Sales Agent in Spain 

Our client is recruiting for its offices in Torremolinos a Japanese Sales Agent with a passion for sales and technology. You'll enjoy a challenging and fulfilling role, working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

Missions: 

• You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call our client - you must give the best first impression.
• You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our client´s professional toolkit to scan the device
• You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
• You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service

• Native level of Japanese
• High level of English
• Previous experience in sales
• Communication and social skills
