DESCRIPTION
You could be the one who:
- Takes care of our customers via phone and email
- Is responsible for card support and account administration
- Manages new orders and registrations
- Advices our customers regarding station campaigns and products
- Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
- Is fluent in Swedish (both verbal and written, at least C1 level)
- Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems
- Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills
- Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).
