Role: Nordic Senior Team leader 

Salary: 35-40k 

Contract: Full Time

Relocation: Up to €200 reimbursement for flights and 5 days hotel stay.

Positon: Hybrid Role - working from home and in office 

 

The company

As a Nordic Senior Team leader you will manage a content moderation team, providing them support throughout their assignments with their close clients. When partnering with the clients they make sure to create a safe and trustworthy customer experience that shows loyalty and growth. 

 

The Role 

Our client is now looking to employ a dynamic and positive Senior Team Leader on a Full-Time basis to strengthen further its growing operations within the Malta office. As a senior team leader you will liaise with the external client as well as with the internal operational team. You are responsible for managing and leading the assignment team's activities and making sure that all assignments are completed on time and within budget, and also to align with the client's strategic business goals. You will also lead employees by using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution. You will then have to give feedback on their performance by using employee recognition, rewards and disciplinary action.

 

  • Work with the Human Resources department whilst meeting the companies requirements, to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees with the behaviours and skills.
  • You will have to keep an eye on Budget tracking, profitability, and financial reporting of the assignment, resolving shrinkage, budget overages or efficiency issues. These are big responsibilities of this role. 
  • You will review workloads and manpower actively to ensure targets are met.
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • You will be working closely with the management team and Human Resources to implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • You will also prepare, monitor, and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; identify trends.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

To Succeed in This Role, You Are:

 

  • Fluent in English plus one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish
  • Have previous call centre management experience
  • Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Conscientious and reliable – commitment is one of our core values!
  • Eagle-eyed with great attention to details.
  • Caring about people as you will be working with securing the online safety of our customers and their users.
  • Ideally interested in marketplaces, shared economy, and new technology.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, and/or online business is a plus.
