Your success will depend on the success of your clients.They are looking for a hands-on Account Executive, based in Barcelona, to be responsible for the full sales cycle in the DACH market, and take sales to new heights. You will build your own customer base, contributing to the success of the company. If you are a sales enthusiastic, pragmatic, and patient person, and you don't take "no" for an answer, we are looking for you! Main Responsibilities:Build and manage your own sales pipeline, from cold prospecting to closing deals Sell expensive deals to leading B2B companies (software startups, consulting, and technology companies) in the DACH regionBuild and manage effective relationships with decision-makersUnderstand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides, in order to achieve mutually beneficial long-term objectives and goalsUp- & Cross-SellingTrack your performance against KPIs in order to consistently understand your contribution to the team and possible improvementsContribute to company-wide objectives and the development of a fast-growing startup

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in B2B salesExperience in a dynamic start-up, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS)Ability to communicate and influence with C-levels, entrepreneurs, and executivesComfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environmentAmbitious, client-focused, self-motivated, with excellent communications and multitasking skillsResilient and proactive with a lot of enthusiasm for sales and always looking to go the extra mile!Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, proactive attitude, and eager to take ownership and make a real impact
