Our client is a leading creditor protection insurer in Europe. During your day-to-day:You will be in charge of the management of documentationYou will be scanning and validating necessary documents to process a claimYou will be sending letters to customers for the claims management (documentation request, follow-ups, closing…)You will provide Customer service support: information about claim situation, insurance policy and other servicesYou will update the information in company systemsYou will have other administrative tasks and collection management
Requirements
You are the person we are looking for if:You have a native level of German and an advanced level of EnglishYou have at least one year of experience in administrationYou have MS office knowledgeYour have good communication skillsYou have the ability to learn, analyse and resolve with criteriaYou have eye for detailsYou are dynamic and pro-activeYou are Customer Service orientedYou are organized, responsible and result orientated
