Description
Adecco Human Resources recruits a Customer Service fluent in Finnish OR Swedish for a prestigious customer in Porto. Activities: Customer support by phone/email in order to solve questions and doubts;Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts/questions/requests;Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power.
Requirements
Experience in contact center (preferable);Experience in administrative areas (preferable);Ability to make decisions and solve problems;Ability to manage stress and resilience;Basic notions of computers.Finnish/Swedish (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
Offer
Full-time 40h per week, work in shifts from Monday to Sunday (rotating schedules);Introduction and continuous training.
