Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibilityMeet business representatives to discuss issues · Actively prepare the ad hoc reportsBalance sheet reconciliation responsibility (supporting documentations, analysis etc.)Period closure activitiesFollowing the instructions and fulfilling assignments given to me by my line superior and delivering ad hoc tasksCooperation and support with other departmentsTaking part in any projectSharing knowledge and best practises with other colleaguesPerform other duties/Activities and AD HOC tasks related to my work or the work of my department as required / assigned by line manager & managerEnsuring 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations the process deals with

Requirements

Minimum high school graduateExperience in Finance is an advantageAdvanced Czech/Slovak language knowledge and intermediate level English knowledgeFinancial accounting knowledgeAnalytical skillsAccuracy and attention to detailPlanning and organising/prioritisation skillsCustomer focusIntermediate MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) knowledgeTime ManagementNumerical abilityAt least basic reporting skillsIntegrityPositive attitudeBeing focused to deliver the best for our colleaguesAbility to work in a team and support team membersFlexible to deliver commitmentsResponsive and resilient
