Role: Danish peaking Customer Support AgentLocation: Work from office in SofiaSalary: 1,333 EUR gross per monthOperational Hours: 10:30 - 19:00 Monday-FridayRelocation: 150 lev (75 euros) towards flight, 1 month (up to) hotel accommodation provided. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries. The roleOur client that is an American consumer electronics and fitness company is looking for Danish speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their support teams. Their teams in Bulgaria are expanding at an incredible speed. You will not just be a customer service representative but a brand ambassador and work to the highest of standards, providing customers with excellent service. Help our users with any issues they might have via tickets or calls.Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case by case customer-oriented approach.Identify trending issues and bugs from users’ reported issues and communicate them to your supervision team.Work with a passionate team of customer-friendly colleagues from an international background.

Requirements

Fluent in DanishGood command of English.Previous customer service experience desiredOrganised with attention to detail.
