Working as an English-speaking Agent, You Have:English proficiency is a must.High school diploma (or equivalent)6 months – 1 year of customer service experienceCall center experience (strong asset)Effective communication skillsPassion for cosmetics and beauty trends, with a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best.The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home settingThe ability to sit for long periods of time
