French Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Office based - 6 month contractBraga, Portugal€15,285 per year including allowancesOur client based in Braga is recruiting for French Speaking Customer Service Advisors.Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, mainly through inbound calls.the role involves answering questions on account creation and balance managementon the relevant phone app.Candidates must speak French Native levell and ideally have previous customer service experience.Candidates should already be in the Braga area, this role is office based so please do not apply if you are looking for remote work only.
