Our international client in Lisbon within the iGaming industry is growing and looking for a German speaking to join the Payments & Risk Team. Great opportunity to be part of a reputable brand in the heart of Lisbon with good benefits and real opportunities for career progression!This person would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations to ensure delivery of service within the agreed quantitative and qualitative standards with a focus on team performance, customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.Responsibilities:If you are selected, you will be responsible for the tasks below:Maintain agreed service levels for the DE labelsSupport the DE hotlineLiaise with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer careHandle customer documents as part of the KYC or risk prevention flowReview customer withdrawals within the agreed time framesPerform overall review of accounts as part of withdrawal approval and/or fraud prevention proceduresAnalyze customer deposits and account categories, to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problemsAnalyze records of Affiliate accounts, to ascertain whether there are any irregularitiesSuggest improvements to procedures and systems, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer careInvestigate financial irregularities on accountsWork with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraudHelp maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contactInvestigate risk issues relating to third-party processorsCheck gaming history

Requirements

Experience in the Risk division (6 months+) or in Customer Service (1 year+)Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or FinancialServices knowledgeAbility to identify subtle fraud and abuse patternsSound and demonstrable experience with fraud analysis and investigationsFluent in German language and English at business levelCommand of another language is a plusGood communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedbackSelf-motivationAbility to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environmentVery good command of Microsoft office toolsProven aptitude to work in a team, as well as guide and influence othersStrong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approachDemonstrated decision-making and problem solving skillsAbility to work on hybrid mode in regards to office-home workAbility to work on 24/7 shifts – Morning, Afternoon, Night shift (night shift is optional)
