With end-to-end capabilities across Strategy + Talent + Technology, we’re helping clients scale faster, work smarter, and reliably grow their revenue through data-powered insights and proven methodologies. We embrace a high-performance culture that promotes growth, success, and opportunity for our employees, clients, and partners.  Join us!  What the role looks like:  Achieve quota targets and activity metrics within assigned territory. Ability to convert cold and warm contacts into successfully closed sales deals. Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast. Effectively assess client needs and requirements and deduce from clients all facts to adequately recommend satisfactory product solutions. Effectively partner with channel partners (distributors and resellers) and quickly build relationships with clients.  Develop an excellent level of product / services knowledge and technical understanding of products and services including features, benefits, etc. that overcomes specific objections. Perform customer research by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities and leads. Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects via phone and email Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner. The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm.  This role is hybrid (Monday till Thursday at the office and Friday is remote) Your profile:  Fluent level of Italian – both written and spoken.  Fluent level of English – both written and spoken.Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.  Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.  Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.  Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM or similar will be an advantage.  Keen on new technologies.  Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.   What we offer:  Friendly multicultural and multilingual environment.  Mentoring, training, and career development programs.  Happiness programs and internal social events.  Additional health care package.  Benefits and discounts - food vouchers, Multisport card, etc.  Birthday Time Off.  Volunteer Time Off.    Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.  All applications will be treated as strictly confidential.
