Your responsibilities

• Provide Dutch-speaking customer service along the entire delivery process
• Answer calls and process pick-up orders, giving shipping information and estimates
• Track parcels and request proof of delivery
• Ensure the best possible advice with delivery inquiries
• Support customers regarding questions and concerns about shipping and payment transactions

Your profile

• You are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English
• You have excellent communications skills 
• Your mantra is to give a fantastic customer service
